What is the minimum order quantity for custom branding?
For logo printing MOQ starts at 20 units, and custom packaging MOQ starts at 500 units. For full ODM projects with new hardware design, the minimum is typically 1000 units. We offer flexible terms for first-time buyers looking to test the market.
Can you customize the mobile app and firmware?
Yes. Our in-house software team can customize the app, UI display, data metrics display, and language options.
How long does a custom project take from start to delivery?
Standard OEM projects (logo + packaging) take 30 days. Full ODM projects with custom hardware require 60 days including prototyping and testing. We provide a detailed timeline after project scoping.
Do you handle product certification?
Yes. We produce strictly in accordance with certificates including CE, FCC, FDA, RoHS and more.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Yes. We provide sample testing for your approval before mass production begins. Samples typically take 5-7 days.
How is my intellectual property protected?
We sign NDAs before sharing any design details. All custom tooling and designs are exclusive to your brand -- we do not sell or share your proprietary designs with other clients. Full IP assignment terms can be included in your contract.
